MVEB-R-S2D teaching experiment box integrates mechanical and electrical system of rotary motion control, photoelectric sensor, status indicator, intelligent visual sensor (integrating visual sensor head, visual controller and visual inspection software), light source and lens, and simulates a common scene of industrial field machine vision application with the simplest design. By replacing the rotating experimental table and configuring the visual detection software inside the intelligent visual sensor, the teaching and demonstration of visual detection such as positioning, measurement, code reading, character recognition, counting, positive and negative, presence and absence of the target object can be carried out.
