The UC3D series of CatchBEST is a 3D line laser profile sensor that uses laser triangulation method. It has 728 to 2464 line laser profile points, multiple choices of laser wavelength from 405nm to 850nm, and point cloud data output using USB3.1 high-speed interface. The maximum transmission distance is 30 meters, and it does not require independent external power supply. It can be used immediately after plugging in and supports Windows and Linux operating systems. Before leaving the factory, the sensor hardware is equipped with physical size calibration data of the line laser profile. The highest Z-axis repeat accuracy can reach 3 microns. It can directly collect Profile profile data or 3D point cloud data based on PC processing. The highest contour scanning frequency can reach 6KHz.
