If you find any stolen or suspicious items, please contact the public security office or the public security personnel in the exhibition hall to report the case.

II. Matters needing attention during the exhibition

1. Strictly according to the exhibition time, not late, not leave early. When entering the exhibition hall, you need to wear a badge. As a professional exhibition, no entry is allowed without a badge. Therefore, please keep it properly and guard against losing it, and contact the organizer immediately in case of loss.

2. When arranging the exhibition, first check the spelling of the company name on the lintel board for mistakes, and then pay attention to check whether the basic configuration on the booth is complete and intact. If additional items are rented in advance, pay attention to whether the additional items are fully equipped. The display board shall not be used to remove the tape, tape or marked glue, not to use nails and other damage to the display board, otherwise it will be subject to economic punishment. Do not put the boxes and other containers of the exhibits on the exhibition stand, and do not throw them away at will. The organizer should designate a place for storage and disposal, so that the exhibits can be transported back.

3. Due to the strong turnover in the exhibition hall, exhibitors should enhance the awareness of anti-theft, valuables, bags and other items should not be left out of sight, not to mention bags, money, etc., for important exhibits, after the end of the exhibition every day should be back to the hotel, do not leave in the exhibition hall.

4. On the first day of the exhibition, each exhibitor will be given a free copy of the exhibition catalog. The journal is marked with the basic information of exhibitors, which is a good guide for exhibitors to understand the situation of their peers and the exhibition. They are available at the login site of the audience.

5. Exhibitors' appearance: wear formal clothes during the exhibition. Shoes should be cleaned. Appareance: because exhibitors need to distribute information, guide products, so fingernails should be trimmed clean. Posture: keep energetic, do not sit around, try not to eat in the booth, read newspapers, magazines, doze off, do not smoke in the booth, sell samples. Attitude: approachable, neither servile nor pushy, do not deliberately belittle the competitors, and treat everyone who walks into the booth with the same respect.

6. Good at collecting information: in order to achieve the maximum publicity effect in the booth, as much as possible with the professional audience contact and exchange information, the enterprise needs to make the professional audience stay in the booth as long as possible, so that their sales staff can get more high-quality clues and market information. At this time, sales staff and customers are collecting specific information in the exhibition, and the exhibition is a busy and complex environment, which requires special methods to ensure the mutual acquisition of information.

7. Good at summarizing the experience of the exhibition: if conditions permit, the participants should discuss the work performance of the day after the end of the exhibition, evaluate the progress of the work, what has been done appropriately and what still needs to be improved. Appropriate high speed trade plan and arrangement as required.

8. Peers are good at communication: when there is no customer presence on the booth for the time being, in the presence of many exhibitors, you can choose one person to walk around the exhibition, in order to understand the market, understand the situation of competitors, and increase the possibility of meeting new customers, but must pay attention to, always keep someone guarding the booth.

9. Withdrawal: Withdrawal time should be strictly observed, not in advance, because at this time is likely to have an important customer visit your booth, the enterprise may therefore lose a large order; At the same time, empty booths will also affect the corporate image. When removing the exhibition, attention should be paid to removing the tape and posters on the exhibition board, so as not to suffer unnecessary economic punishment because of the failure to restore the exhibition board to its original state, and in foreign countries, the fine in this respect is quite high.

Three, successful exhibition tips

Where else will you find the opportunity to talk face to face with hundreds, perhaps thousands, of potential or existing customers in a three-dimensional space of your own design? That you can find more leads in just a few days than your salesmen travel in an entire year? Fairs are the only sales and marketing tool you can find. The secret to successful use of the Fair may be common sense, but certainly not many people use trade very often.

1. Don't sit. Sitting in a booth during an exhibition gives the impression that you don't want to be disturbed.

2. Don't read. You usually only have two or three seconds to get someone's attention and get them to stop. If you are reading a newspaper or a magazine, no one will notice.

3. Don't eat or drink at the exhibition. It's vulgar, slovenly and uncaring, and potential customers won't bother you while you eat.

4. Don't call. For every extra minute you spend on the phone, you spend less time talking to potential customers.

5. Don't send information to everyone. This rudeness can be annoying and expensive, and you don't want to lose your expensive promotional material to a sea of people. So how do you get valuable information into the hands of potential customers? Send it to him.

6. Don't talk to people at other booths. If you don't want visitors to stop at your booth, they will naturally walk away. They won't bother you if they see you talking to someone. Try not to talk to fellow exhibitors or employees near the booth. You should talk to potential customers, not to your friends.

7. Don't judge a book by its cover. What should notice an instrument only on exhibition is the staff member of participating unit, the customer can be dressed as far as possible by his intention some more casual, be like jeans, sweatshirt, then pants, what kind of have. So, don't look down on people just because they're dressed casually.

8. Don't crowd. If you talk with two or more exhibition partners or other non-potential customers, it's a cluster. To a visitor, approaching a group of strangers can be daunting. Create a warm, open and inviting atmosphere at your booth.

9. Be enthusiastic. Act enthusiastic, as the saying goes, and you'll become enthusiastic, and vice versa. If you look impatient, you will be impatient and unpleasant. The enthusiasm is indestructible and contagious. Promote your business and products with enthusiasm. To the visitor, you represent your business. The way you behave and the way you look will have a huge impact on how visitors perceive your business.

10. Use potential customers' names wisely. People like to be called their names. Making an effort to remember a potential customer's name and dropping it in the conversation will make him feel important. Be bold, look directly at the nametag on the visitor's chest and say his name aloud. Ask for names that are difficult to pronounce. If it's an unusual name, it could be your best way to build a relationship with a potential customer.

11. Specialized personnel should be designated to receive the media. The media may come to your booth to find news, be sure to arrange a special person as the contact person between your enterprise and the media, so as to ensure that the publicity of your enterprise is always consistent. If everyone at an exhibition can talk to the press, you're asking for trouble, because no matter how well you train your staff, you're not going to be able to speak with one voice.

12. Wear a good name tag. At a fair, you don't want visitors to lose your name. If you wear your name tag on your left breast, you will make this mistake. Wear your name tag on the right side of your body near your face. This will bring your name tag closer to the person you are shaking hands with.
