中科行智3D结构光相机在3C电子行业的应用
Industry, as the main landing scenario for machine vision, has seen rapid growth in recent years with the development of smart manufacturing. As one of the most widely used industries for machine vision, the application of 3D vision technology in the field of 3C electronic measurement is also rapidly gaining popularity. In this regard, high speed and high accuracy are the main requirements for 3C electronic measurement applications.
Case requirement: PCB electronic component inspection
Solution: By scanning the components with CSCI's 3D structured light camera, together with CSCI's self-developed 3D inspection software GIVS 3D, an integrated solution for electronic component inspection can be achieved quickly and accurately.

Application process.
Zhongke Xingzhi has launched three medium and large field of view series of 3D structured light camera 240 field of view series, 600 field of view and 1000 field of view series for application in disorderly grasping, logistics loading and unloading, and two small field of view series of 3D structured light camera 40 field of view series and 80 field of view series for application in 3D defect detection, dimensional measurement and other fields. Among them, the 40 field of view series Z-axis repetition accuracy <1μm, scanning speed 3fps, can meet the majority of 3C electronic high-precision three-dimensional measurement, especially in the PCB inspection industry.
After the PCB board is soldered, the height of the components needs to be inspected to determine whether the capacitors and inductors, connectors, etc. are plugged in place, and to detect the height of the components. Through the scanning of the 3D structured light camera and the self-developed 3D inspection software GIVS 3D, the components can be accurately detected.

Software inspection process.
Step 1: Add the "3D structured light camera" control and set the parameters for the camera.
Step 2: Grayscale conversion of the acquired 3D point cloud data.
Step 3: Geometry matching through the grey scale map to ensure consistency of inspection points.
Step 4: Select the reference plane.
Step 5: select the measurement surface.
Step 6: measure and output the measured value.
Step 7: Send the measured values to the lower execution system via the communication interface.
