Key features
The CCSR-CCSR printing quality inspection equipment enables inspection point colour measurement, full-page defect detection, character detection, grid, area and overprint detection, as well as dimensional measurement, and uploads the results to the server. The inspection process is divided into two types: automatic inspection and manual tools.
√Automatic inspection
Colour measurement: LAB measurement of the colour at each preset location point and calculation of the colour difference from the reference value.
Whole-page defect detection: the genuine image is compared with the information of the marker or document template to find out the defective points where deviations exist.
Character detection: the characters of the item to be tested are compared with the characters of the same position of the specimen to ensure the correctness of the characters.

Grid measurement: calculation of the colour area, percentage, and CMYK value within a preset target area.
Colour area detection: calculation and analysis of the colour area and percentage within the specified range.
