The MV. C (VNIR NIR) machine vision hyperspectral Imaging System is a complete solution developed by Headwall Company in the United States for real-time dynamic hyperspectral detection applications in production lines. The working spectral range is VNIR: 900-1700nm, NIR: 900-1700nm, with VNIR including 342 spectral bands and NIR including 214 spectral bands. Unlike traditional hyperspectral imagers that only collect raw data, MV. C has a built-in high-performance processing unit that can perform spectral classification on real-time scanned and collected hyperspectral data, directly providing real-time dynamic spectral classification image results. Due to the expansion of the spectral range to the near-infrared range, it is particularly suitable for online detection of meat, chemical products, textile fibers, Chinese herbal medicines, and other qualities.
Users can use MV. C to collect hyperspectral data of training samples according to different application scenarios, and use the matching hyperspectral model training software to interactively obtain supervised classification models, which are then uploaded to the model library in MV. C. When in use, users only need to select the corresponding model, and MV. C can use existing models to quickly classify products on the streamline in real time. Therefore, it has wide applicability and universality.
In addition, MV. C is completely designed for the industrial production and manufacturing field, with IP54 level protection and data transmission through GigE network ports. It has the ability to work stably and continuously in various complex and harsh environments without anyone on duty.
