A: The machine vision industry has grown rapidly in recent years, with a wide range of applications and deeper applications, and the market is becoming more and more segmented. In 2021, Haikang robot will continue to innovate, continue to inject value into the needs of multiple industries and applications of machine vision with high-quality products, and help industrial upgrading. In the electronic semiconductor industry, its production line and high-end equipment manufacturing to domestic migration brought by the rapid growth of demand, in the packaging and testing of many processes, industrial camera products are required to have high-speed acquisition, low delay transmission and other characteristics; In the application of screen display detection, camera products are required to have extremely high imaging quality. In PCB, SMT and many other links, the information collection and traceability terminal is required to be equipped with high speed, large field of vision and efficient collection of multiple information. To meet the needs of these applications, Haikang robot will further expand the high-speed, high resolution, a variety of interface types of industrial standard cameras and supporting products, efficient, cost-effective code reading products, more easy to use intelligent products.

A: The industry should see decent growth as the global economy recovers in 2021. Based on the distribution and application of our products, we are optimistic about the fields of new energy, medical treatment and automobile. Among them, the growth of new energy is mainly driven by national policies. In recent years, photovoltaic and lithium power have developed rapidly, and the whole new energy industry is still increasing capacity. The COVID-19 has not only brought major short-term challenges to the medical industry, but also promoted the development of the industry. The increase in investment has provided sustained impetus for the follow-up development of the medical industry. As for the automobile industry, the capacity expansion of new energy vehicles will drive the rapid development of the entire industry in the future.

Q: Cross-boundary cooperation and technology integration is the current trend and opportunity of the entire machine vision industry. With the current innovative technologies, such as edge computing, artificial intelligence, deep learning, embedded vision, 5G+, etc., which innovative technologies will your company focus on in the future?

A: 5G and AI technology bring more possibilities for machine vision. In terms of AI technology, Haikang Robot has been exploring and landing the application of AI technology in industry since 2015, and has launched AI application software and algorithm platform. At the same time, the AI algorithm is hardware and embedded into intelligent cameras and intelligent code readers. The products are becoming more and more mature with stable performance. Speaking of 5G, Haikang Robot and 5G technology leading enterprises have cooperated with 5G technology for many times. For example, we introduced 5G module to get through with the camera and carry out a large amount of data acquisition and transmission.
