The new 9000 series 25MP CoaxPress-12 industrial camera, A9B57MP050, is based on CXP-12 interface. Compared with USB3.0, CameraLink and CoaxPress-6 interface, this industrial camera has higher bandwidth. Up to 4*12.5 Gbps, with GPixel GMAX0505 2.5um 1.1 "CMOS Global Shutter image sensor, ultra-high resolution 25MP(5120*5120) at C-mount interface, greatly reducing lens cost. It also meets GenLCAM ® and Coaxpress 2.0 standards, and can be widely used in various machine vision applications such as FPD detection, PCB AOI, electronic semiconductor industry, etc.

In terms of hardware, CoaxPress-12 interface is adopted to support long-distance transmission. The key circuit adopts surge protection design to suppress interference and ensure the reliable operation of the camera in the industrial environment. Pocket XP and 24V external power supply are supported. It provides power supply and rich trigger signals (3 channels of optocoupler isolated input and 3 channels of optocoupler isolated output). The input and output signals triggered externally adopt optocoupler isolated mode to ensure that the camera will not be damaged due to the potential difference caused by external connected equipment. The 24V power supply is adopted to meet the complex industrial electricity consumption environment.

In terms of structure, thermal design simulation was fully carried out at the early stage of design to optimize the heat dissipation structure and air duct design. Finally, dual fan design was adopted to ensure the effective heat dissipation of the camera. This camera can work continuously under the environment of -30 to 55 degrees, and still guarantee high-quality image quality.
