Recently, we invited Mr. Mai Hanwen, Sales Director of Huarui Technology, a subsidiary of Dahua Group, VisionChina (Shanghai), to visit Vision for an exclusive interview to share his views on the development of Vision industry and technology.

What products and solutions will Huarui display at VisionChina (Shanghai) in July this year?

Mr. Mei said, "This time, Huarui Technology will focus on the newly developed large-area industrial camera with a 150-megapixel camera, high-frame rate large-area industrial camera with a 10-megabit network interface, compact and intelligent decoder readers, sensors, and 3D cameras with measurement accuracy up to micron precision."

"The detection accuracy of the 150-megapixel camera is far beyond the human eye, and it has been favored by many customers since its launch. Two 71-megapixel cameras were used for panel detection, but now only one 150 megapixel camera is needed, which greatly simplifies the scheme. The original industrial camera interface is gigabit network, Huarui changed the original gigabit network industrial camera, all into 10 gigabit Ethernet interface, the improvement of industrial camera output frame rate can meet the high production efficiency requirements of customers, high frame rate industrial camera using Cameralink interface also increased the interface board card and cable extra cost."

"Based on years of accumulation of algorithm platform and industry experience, Huarui has launched 5000 series of smart intelligent reader. The core AI embedded CPU of the reader can read one-dimensional code and two-dimensional code, and carry out OCR recognition for characters, which can be applied in the production line of various factories to do traceback and process management. Huarui Technology's major research and development effort - 150 million pixel large array industrial camera. The camera uses SONY IMX411 CMOS image sensor with 3.76mm pixel size and 151MP ultra-high resolution, which enables it to detect all kinds of subtle defects sensitively.

The CameraLink interface gives the camera a robust data transmission capability, enabling the camera to maintain a maximum frame rate performance of 5.09 FPS at the maximum resolution. The camera can be used in LCD panel detection, PCB board defect detection and other industrial detection scenarios.

High speed, low delay, excellent picture quality

Ten megabit network interface 25 megapixel large array industrial camera. The camera uses a Python 25K image sensor with a pixel size of 4.5mm. Compared with other data interfaces, the camera has a super-high bandwidth of 10Gbps and a frame rate of up to 43FPS, which ensures high resolution and high frame rate of the camera, and can be effectively applied to various high-speed detection scenes.
