The year 2021 is the beginning year of China's 14th Five-Year Plan, and it is also a key year for the construction and development of China's machine vision industry. In order to base on the new development stage, implement the new development concept and construct the new development pattern, the Alliance will hold VisionChina2021 (Beijing) and China Machine Vision Assisted Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Conference in Beijing with the theme of "Intelligent Manufacturing Leading High-quality Development". We hereby inform you of the relevant matters of the meeting as follows:

III. Purpose of the Conference
In view of the gravity and complexity of the current political and economic situation at home and abroad, especially the COVID-19 epidemic has caused immeasurable losses to the world economy and also brought a great impact to the machine vision industry. Although China took the lead in recovering from the epidemic, it still faces great pressure on economic development brought about by the epidemic abroad, external repression and "bottleneck". The main purpose of this conference is to make full use of the advantages of Beijing's "Four Centres" in light of the changes in the current domestic and international political and economic situation, combined with the national 14th Five-Year Plan and long-term development goals. Beijing, as the capital of China, will make full use of the overall layout of its development, focusing on ten industries, including next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, medicine and health, intelligent equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy intelligent vehicles, new materials, software and information services, and science and technology services. Further carry out the top-level design for the future of the industry, advance the layout of the development trend of the industry, dig deep into the potential of the industry and other issues, discuss and reach a wide range of industry consensus, for the next step of the healthy development of the industry and steady development of the foundation of ideas and goals.

This conference will be held in the form of theme forum, sub-forum and program demonstration. There will be more than 40 special reports in total, which will carry out in-depth and extensive discussion and elaboration on the current international and domestic scientific and technological and economic development situation and dynamic changes, and provide authoritative, authentic and valuable intellectual support to all of you.
The forum takes intelligent manufacturing as its main focus, focuses on the latest trends and cutting-edge technologies of intelligent manufacturing, explores new prospects of intelligent manufacturing, cultivates new drivers of economic development, and leads the new development of global industries. We will continue to expand the "circle of friends" of smart manufacturing, build an "ecosystem" of smart manufacturing, strive to upgrade the industrial base and modernize the industrial chain, and strive to create a new situation for high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
1. Theme Forum: Focusing on speeding up the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycles mutually promoting, closely promoting the advanced industrial base and industrial chain modernization, with machine vision technology to empower China's manufacturing industry, with the intelligent manufacturing industry chain, innovation chain and ecological chain as the main line, Experts will introduce AI and intelligent manufacturing, the development of machine vision in China, the demand and application of machine vision in robot application, lithium electricity, photovoltaic detection and other fields.
2.
